Welcome to the Tosoni's website. We hope to bring a little bit of our history to our families and friends.

Our family begun in Clauzetto, Italy when Juan Maria Tosoni Sanier and Marielena Solari Ruffo traveled across the seas to Peru landing and living the rest of their lives in Lima-Callao. Their first generation stayed in Peru while the second made it to the east coast of the United States. Later on, the rest of the family moved to the east and west coasts. Just like our parents, grandparents and great grandparents struggled for a better life, we are still doing the same. Living in Peru for many years after the first and second generation, our family had already made history in this South American country. Juan Tosoni Solari brought the first Sailboat (Velero) to Peru, introducing it and later establishing it in Lima. The first generation Solari were also Italian merchants and owned the San Lorenzo Island which was later sold to the city of Callao. The first Tosoni to arrive here in the United States was Aisa and his wife.
